SUSTAINABLE AND RESPONSIBLE

The Phoenix Process™ is the prime example of environmentally conscious pulping methods in the paper industry. The process uses agricultural residue with no previous end-use and does not require destruction of trees and forests. The primary product is high-quality, compostable paper pulp. There is also a nutrient rich co-product, which can be recycled as fertilizer for the next crop. Mills are chlorine free, use no sulfur-based chemicals, and produce no liquid effluent.

CRADLE TO CRADLE

The Phoenix Process™ utilizes agricultural residue left behind from the harvesting of wheat and other plant material. This previously unused material becomes high-quality pulp used in the production of tissue, toweling, packaging products, and compostable foodservice ware for the consumer. The Phoenix Process™ generates a nutrient-rich co-product, which is returned to the fields to enhance next year's crop, or even feed livestock.
